Processing times
Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day typically ship the same day. Everything else ships within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created.
Delivery & cost
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75
- Flat $6.95 standard shipping under $75
- Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no branding, product names or imagery on the outside. An adult 21+ signature may be required at delivery.
States we cannot ship to
Hemp regulations vary by state. We currently cannot ship to:

- Vermont
If your shipping address is in one of these states, we will not be able to fulfill your order and will issue a full refund.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right. Melted chocolate in summer heat happens — reach out and we'll sort it.
