If something isn't right, we'll fix it.
30-day returns
Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@bakebagsofficial.com with your order number to start a return.
Opened products
For safety and compliance reasons we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Restricted states
Orders placed with a shipping address in a state we cannot ship to are cancelled and refunded in full.
